Tuffi Films presents exciting lineup at Film Festival Finntastic! in Washington D.C.

Finntastic! Film Festival, organized by the Embassy of Finland in the United States, is set to captivate audiences with a selection of exceptional Finnish films. One of the festival’s highlights is the drama comedy “Games People Play”, written and directed by Jenni Toivoniemi. The film will be showcased alongside Toivoniemi’s celebrated short film, “The Date”.

Additionally, the “Female Gazes” short film screening will present Tuffi’s “Super Comfort,” directed by the talented Kirsikka Saari. The drama will be accompanied by works from five other exceptional female filmmakers.

Finntastic! will be an excellent opportunity to experience the best of Finnish cinema and to appreciate the unique perspectives and stories that Finnish filmmakers have to offer. This is the first time a showcase of Finnish films is organized in the DMV area. The films will be screened at the AFI Silver Theatre and at the National Gallery of Art and take place from June 7 to June 27, 2023.
